Workout LoopHIITLow ImpactThis Workout Loop has 5 low impact but high intensity no equipment workouts of 30-40 minutes, with little or no talking, just music. These are pretty intense so make sure you have plenty of recovery time in between workouts!
Low impact workouts don't involve moves like jumping, running, etc. This makes them ideal if you're working out in an apartment or other scenario where you don't want to make too much noise, or when you need to be easier on your joints. That doesn't mean they have to be low intensity though!
